Terms and Conditions of the International Academy of Sciences

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in doing business with us. These Terms refer to any website or mobile application and any other products and services that the Company may now or in the future offer (collectively, the “Services”).

The following Terms of Service are a legal contract between you and us regarding your use of the Services. Visitors to and users of the Services are referred to individually as a “User” and collectively as “Users”.

By registering on, accessing, browsing or using the Website, you acknowledge (subject to the Privacy Guidelines and any Guidelines) that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions collectively, the “Terms”).

The site is not available for
(a) Any users suspended or removed from the site by the International Academy
(b) any person under the age of 13 whose registration has not been approved by a legal parent or guardian.

1.1 By clicking on the “I Accept” button or by otherwise using or registering an account for the Services, you acknowledge that
(1) You are at least 13 years old.
and (ii) you have reached the legal age of consent to open an account under the laws of your country of residence.
and (iii) your use of the Services has been approved by your parent or legal guardian, or by your school or teacher for use at school. You also represent that you have not been previously suspended or removed from the Services by IAS, and that your registration and use of the Services complies with any and all applicable laws.

1.2 The account. In order to use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You may be asked to provide a password in connection with your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree that the information you provide to the International Academy of Sciences, whether upon registration or at any other time, will be true, accurate, current and complete. You also agree that you will ensure that such information is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure (for example, in the event of loss, theft, unauthorized disclosure, or use of your account ID or password), you agree to notify IAS at our official email You may be held liable for losses incurred by IAS or others due to any unauthorized use of your Services account.

1.3 Integrated Service. IAS may allow you to register for the Services through, or link your IAS account to, third party social networks or integrated services, such as Facebook and Google (Google) (“Integrated Service”). By registering for the Services using (or granting access to) an Integrated Service, you agree that IAS may access your Integrated Service account information, and may store and use certain information already associated with the Integrated Service consistent with our Privacy Policy, You agree to any and all Integrated Service Terms and Conditions with respect to your use of the Services through the Integrated Service. You may revoke IAS access to your account on any Integrated Service at any time by updating the appropriate account settings for the applicable Integrated Service. You should check your privacy settings on each Integration Service to understand and change the information sent to us through each Integration Service. You agree that any Integrated Service is a reference site (as defined below) and that you are solely responsible for your interactions with the Integrated Service as a result of accessing the Services through the Integrated Service. The International Academy of Sciences does not control the practices of Integrated Services, and you are advised to read the privacy policy and terms and conditions of any Integrated Service you use to understand its practices.

 

2. Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is important to the International Academy of Sciences Please read the International Academy of Sciences Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated into these Terms (and which is part of the contract with you), carefully for information regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. 4. Modification of Terms:

However, changes addressing new functionality of a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services. Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the version of the Terms in effect at the time the dispute arose.
4.2 School accounts. The following provisions apply to School Accounts in addition to the provisions set forth in Section 4.1 above. If a change regarding how personal information contained in education records is used or shared has a material negative impact on student users or the institution, and the institution does not agree to the change, the institution must notify the International Academy of Sciences within thirty days of receipt of notice of the change as described under ” Miscellaneous Notices” below. If notified to the International Academy of Sciences as required, School accounts maintained by that institution will continue to be subject to the terms in effect immediately prior to the change until the end of the current term of the institution’s written service agreement with the Academy of the International Academy of Sciences, or, failing such agreement, end of the current semester. If the Services are renewed or continued after such time, they will be renewed or continued under these Terms and Conditions.

5- Registration in training courses and professional programs:
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the student acknowledges that he is not entitled to refund the training course fees due to withdrawal or under any other circumstance, and the learner has the right after completing the first lecture and before the start of the second lecture in the training course to request withdrawal and his circumstances that prevented his continuity in the course are studied, after which the learner can attend Another course with the same fees or paying the difference in fees according to the course to which he is transferred.
